Description
This Automatic Splicer is built to function in a superior fashion when carrying out paper and board splicing at speeds of over 100 mpm in many cases. So the main production line will not need to stop for this function to be completed. Paper tension is held in place by a sensitive electronic controller to maintain precise paper position throughout the splicing operation. With this fine control of the paper web during splicing enables the mill roll to increase speed to match the production line speed in a short time after splicing.
This machine works best with our Mill Roll Stands, that are built to run at speeds of over 200 MPM.
