Description
After the NC cutting machine, these conveyors transport the cut sheet materials to a bundle stacker, for hand collection. Or on to an Auto Down Stacker. Then, the collected sheets can be placed on pallets or sent on to other conveyors to be transported to other secondary processing machines.
Stacking paper is transported by a wide belt.
Counting of paper sheets is done by a computer.
Installed HMI control box, to select numbers of sheets for easy bundle counting and stacking.
The collecting sheet is operated by a computer to control the traversal roller conveyor.
Installed back-plate controlled by plc, can be moved back and forth according to the length of the cardboard sheets automatically.
