Description
This machine is for two single facers and a liner to form a double wall (5 ply / layers) cardboard, which is set between triplex pre-heater and double facer.
There are upper and lower pre-heating rollers in this unit, to heat single face and liner material.
Automatic Glue gap control is selected by PLC for high precision control, this feature enables the operators to produce a good quality board with efficient use of glue.
With fine manual glue adjustments as required, when working with lower grade raw materials.
Glue rollers are opened and closed by pneumatic cylinder system to assist operators at start-up and changing of order materials so keeping productivity high.
Single drive mechanism to avoid glue sticking to roller surfaces when stopping.
