This very easy to set auto box making machine is perfect for someone starting off making boxes or requiring small/medium length production runs.
This single pass machine can process stock board, so there is no need to cut the sheet to width or length first as it can do this saving you time and extra machine costs.
Through the touch screen, the required FEFCO code is selected, your box parameters are entered and the machine then auto sets, in most cases all in UNDER 1 MINUTE.
The machine has a built in lead-edge SUCTION FEEDER, enabling the operator to load the finished product onto a pallet at the delivery end or seal the box as required.
From simple 0201’s, 0402’s, base and lid, drop down fronts, to 0415 style boxes it even has a hand hole facility included as standard.
Converting stock board of 2-8mm thickness, 2500mm width x unlimited length, sizes outside of this range are available.
Latest developments on this machine include being able to produce a box height of 20mm, perfect for wrapping doors or frames using FEFCO code 0401.
Also with the advantage of being able to cut to length, on some styles the machine can do multi production down the stock board as well.
Digital reference marking is also available.
