Description
German designed KBA-MMS feeding system. Accurate sheet registration is done using two micro adjustable front lays. The Aluminium support base is located under the cutting plate to serve as a cushion to reduce noise and also extends the life of the cutting plate.
The gripper bars are made of light weight aluminum alloy with an ultra hard coat and anodized finish, ensuring accurate and consistent sheet registration.
Patented toggle design (200920209037.x) provides a maximum diecutting pressure of up to 400 Tons. Inverter-controlled main motor runs the machine up to a maximum speed of 5000 sheets per hour.
The stripping unit consists of upper, middle and lower frames with a triple-action stripping for cardboard and corrugated board. Maximum pile height up to 1445mm.
