Description
This machine is for two single racers and a liner to form a double wall (5 layers /ply) cardboard, which is set between triplex pre-heater and a double Facer. There are upper and lower pre-heating rollers in this unit to heat Single face and liner material.
Automatic Glue Gap control is selected plc for high precision control. This feature enables operators to produce a good quality board with efficient use of glue. Also with fine manual control to make adjustments as may be necessary when working with difficult materials.
