Description

This machine is exclusively for the formation of fluting paper and laminating of single facer.
The top speed of this machine can reach 200mpm. The production speed can arrive at 180mpm, with a 30~50HP Motor and the speed can be adjusted.
 
Features

The fluting type which can be run E-B-C-A-F-G flute, we also make any type of flute & width for the corrugator that customer requires.
Upper + lower corrugated roller, pressure roller, pre-heater roller are operated by an air cylinder. This machine comes with a steam recovery system.
Oil immersed type gearbox is driven directly to the lower fluting roller, pressure roller, glue roller and doctor roller heated by steam. A Single drive mechanism used to avoid glue sticking to the roll surface when stopping.
The motion of the upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and glue roller are operated by a hydraulic cylinder. Set up by a hydraulic control unit.
Fingerless design. Equipped with suction stand *1, match up the suction lid, which ensures that the corrugation of the fluting paper does not disperse in the process from the formation to the lamination.
The single facer uses a cassette quick change flute profile, cassette changes are carried out within 20 minutes. The steam joints and drive clutch also adopt a quick change device in order to save time in changing flute rollers.
