Single Facer CFS-22

Description

This machine is exclusively for the formation of fluting paper and laminating of single facer.
The top speed of this machine is 220m/min.
The maximum production speed also depends on the motor chosen, for example, a 30HP motor equals 180m/min. Or a 50HP motor equals 220 m/min with variable speed adjustment.

As for the fluting types which can be utilised with this machine are E-B-C-A-F-G flute, we also can make any type of flute and cut-off size for the machine that any customer may require.
Upper and lower corrugated roller, pressure roller, pre-heater roller are through by air cylinder. Set up steam recovery system included.
Oil immersed type gearbox is driven directly to the lower fluting roller, pressure roller, glue roller and doctor roller are heated by steam. Single drive mechanism used to avoid glue sticking to roll surface when stopping.
The motion of the upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and glue roller are operated by hydraulic cylinders. Set up includes an hydraulic pump and control unit.
Designed by fingerless with a vacuum blower for positive pressure to keep fluting profile when glue is applied.
This single facer uses a cassette for quick change flute profiles. A cassette change over takes less than 20 minutes. The steam joints and drive clutch also adopted for quick change device in order to save time, when the machine is stopped.
