Description
This machine is exclusively for the formation of fluting paper and laminating of single facer.
Maximum machine speed is 100 m/min. This type of single facer is a very good choice for a corrugator speed of under 100 mpm and suitable for changing flute rollers frequent.
Features
This has a special purpose pneumatic system. It can increase the upper roller & pressure roller set-up speed, with buffer adaptation to get excellent laminating of kraft paper and fluting paper.
The backing of glue unit has also adopted the same pneumatic system. Lower corrugated roller by suction fluting profile with the paste device.
The upper + lower corrugated rollers & pressure roller and pre-heater, use steam for heating, including steam valves & trap system.
Main drive using AC-15~25HP motor and under high speed running can retained web out as stable.
Corrugated roller can be lifted out and changed to different fluting roller in about 30 minutes.
