Lead edge feeder (Sun type) for precise feeding of the board by air suction device. Smooth operation to prevent any scratches on the product. It runs all grades of corrugated board with no jams and feeds sheets precisely to the front lays for perfect registration.
Robust chase for large cutting tools, centerline system for quick order change and easy chase turnover using reduction gear aiding the operator in setting up the machine. Knuckle system for maximum cutting pressure.
CAM driven platen to deliver superb quality diecut. Dual pressure adjustment, reducing make ready times. Air system to aid in removing cutting plate.
Triple action stripping unit: male, female board & bottom pin section, centerline system for quick set ups. Dedicated tools can be introduced into the machine in minutes.
Nonstop Batch delivery, automatic counter can be set to whatever your batch pile height or number, Larger driving wheel and more robust gripper bars (8 gripper bar system) giving the machine more stability and speed.
