We recently welcomed Baysek Machines to the Machine Compare platform. Off to a successful start, we look forward to our continued collaboration.
Baysek Machines are a US-based machinery manufacturer and supplier with a global office located in the UK to support UK & European customers. Baysek Machines was incorporated in February 1995 in Amherst, Wisconsin, to perfect a rotary anvil-flat die cutting method to bridge the significant gap between traditional rotary and platen die cutting.
Baysek’s range of automatic die cutters produce fully stripped, nick-free die cuts, whether it’s a one-out or multiple-outs. The finished parts exit the machine, counted and stacked, ready for shipping – saving both time and additional labour costs as no further handling is required such as ‘breaking out’ or further ‘stripping.’
The machines process and die cut all grades of corrugated – from single face up to double wall, solid board, foil/foam laminates, as well as display board for the digital printing and point-of-sale markets. The PLC is operator friendly with multiple features designed to maximise production time. The machine is CE marked and has enhanced safety features throughout, making the machine one of the safest on the market. Average job changeover is 10-15 minutes with no make ready, and running the machine only requires one operator and one cutting die, resulting in huge cost savings.
Having sold a fully refurbished 2m roller press to a company in Portugal from their UK branch on Machine Compare – Robert Jess, UK & Europe sales at Baysek Machines remarks:
“Working with the team from Machine Compare was an effortless exercise. Listing the machine was simple and the transaction and after sales was handled very diligently by Michael Burke, who put us in touch with the buyer in Portugal. Overall, the team was very professional. We have since enlisted a range of automatic die cutters and materials handling equipment on Machine Compare’s new machinery platform. We would highly recommend Machine Compare to anyone who is looking to sell a pre-owned machine quickly or list new products.”
